The switches themselves are from the Apollo 11 command capsule (the lunar lander switches are extra), and each is blessed by the Machine Spirit to improve both K/D ratio and one’s ability to quickscope. The buttons are hand-penned in English using a unique ink crafted from the ashes of the Library of Alexandria, and painstakingly inscribed by actual elves. Real ones, not those cheap, imitation Keebler or Santa elves you’ll find making inferior products. The cable is from AudioQuest, makers of multi-thousand dollar HDMI cables, and is emblazoned with powerful runes invoking the power of the ancient god Yu-Essbee.
The pictures also fail to capture the ethereal glow and low, audible hum that can be heard even over the incessant clacking of the keys. A word of warning, however: some say lesser men cannot handle the magnitude of such eldritch power, and will be consumed by the might of this keyboard, left to roam an otherworldly plane for all time.
the reviews are fantastic
I know it SEEMS expensive, but it’s got ALL the letters.

There are certain objects that represent the idea of wealth disparity better than words. This is one.

Obviously this is ridiculous. But it’s kind of cool.

When things are made by hand by a single person they tend to cost more than a similar item in mass production.

Brass? really?Novelty items get a little out of hand sometimes IMO.
But of course people have purchased it already.

It’s still just a silly overpriced keyboard. Real wealth looks like:

And its still got that danged CapsLock key!! Pop these off my boards now that Remkey doesn’t work in winders. Easy to remap to null in *nix.
Also a small Enter key. Why is Backspace bigger than delete? Who uses ScrollLock or Pause|Break keys and LEDs? If I’m a gonna pay a days wages for a new keyboard, this is not the one.

Frivolous? A secure mansion that you can take with you to any coastal city in the world could be quite practical for certain people.

If that’s a day’s wages, then maybe I want your job. I wouldn’t have that paid for until sometime on Wednesday.
